Quail hunting at Sundown is quail hunting done right and an experience that is second to none. Our hunts are unlimited. This means that hunts are not limited on the number of birds killed per hunt, and we do not charge overkill fees of any kind. All hunters at Sundown Farms Plantation are required by law to purchase either a Georgia hunting permit or a plantation hunting permit. Either permit can be purchased online at Sundown Farms Plantation supplements the wild quail population through a strict and well maintained early release system to offer hunters the most and the best flying birds possible.

Georgia’s plantation quail season opens October 1 and runs through the end of March. Hunts are guided by extremely safe and professional guides. These professionals with years of experience and professionally trained dogs ensure our guests the absolute best quail hunt possible.
